- Welcome back, here is another video from Carlsbad California
(And a couple Clips from Encinitas) with another set of Fast Amtrak and Coaster Trains.
- Locations Include
Carlsbad Village Station
Cannon Rd.
Encinitas Station
Most trains in this video will be traveling at around 60-90mph apart from the coaster trains that make station stops at both Carlsbad and Encinitas.
I was also accompanied by Jaxon on both days and Bryson on the 14th, their Channels are below.
Fun Fact: Jaxon was riding the Coaster train at 6:50

Hey bro quick tip if you wanna see fast southbound surfliners go either to Lucedia or Cardiff
2109 has a really funky quill
It has no quill, none of them do the only engines and stuff that use quills are the chargers and surfliner cabcars

Wow the southbound train got up to 89mph and northbound 92mph!Just about 90.And 52 as the slowest for southbounds.
Yeah! Cannon Rd. is the place for Fast Trains between Oceanside and San Diego. I have caught 2 amtrak trains at 92mph there, and my first 90Mph coaster there aswell. Northbound Coaster trains average 80-90mph through Cannon Rd. Definitely a spot i'd recommend!

Hey, how do you calculate the time the Northbounds go thru carlsbad village? It’s a big gap between Solana and Oceanside…
What I do is I take the time the surfliners are supposed to arrive in oceanside, and minus about 10-15 Minutes so I can always get to Carlsbad on time. Sometimes surfliners do run early, and since Oceanside & Carlsbad are about 7 minutes away from each other. Its a safe estimate to get to Carlsbad atleast 10 minutes before the surfliners are supposed to arrive at oceanside.
