  • Sleep Disruption: Caffeine can interfere with your sleep patterns. Drinking that last cuppa before bed will have you tossing and turning for hours.
    If you're one that has been diagnosed with chronic fatigue and/or other sleep disorders ie blurry vision, ditch the caffeine and see what a difference it makes to your body.
    Increased Anxiety and Heart Rate: I'm sure you've experienced some bodily shakes or heart pumping when your caffeine intake has been higher than usual. This less known fact can increase you anxiety and stress which has a negative health impact on your body.
    Digestive Issues: Caffeine is an acidic substance. If your body produces too much stomach acid you could suffer from heartburn, ulcers and reflux.
