My Achilles heel is diet soda. Unfortunately, I was raised on soda and sweet tea. I never saw anyone drink water and was never encouraged to. To us back then, water had "no flavor". Now, the only thing that I'll let my daughter drink is water and the occasional stevia sweetened tea. She loves water and she's encouraging me to change, especially since she's watching me. Parents, you have the ability to influence your child's diet, and therefore health, for the rest of their lives. Make the hard decisions now so you don't have to make the much harder decisions later. Let's end childhood type 2 diabetes!! Also, expectant mothers, what you eat directly influences your baby's genes. I wish that I had known that sooner! The everyday choices DO matter!

Only thing good about caffeine/coffee believe it or not is a person who suffers from low blood pressure & particularly low blood pressure after surgery. On going Drowsiness a bit too long after surgery as i arrived to see mother.
Hospital staff in Melbourne vic doctors/nurses Trying to wake up mother with no success iv drip after another.
Patient trying to tell the doctors/nurses just a little coffee but was ignored.
The cart came along and asked for coffee etc
Nurse returned & couldn’t believe it. The vitals on the monitor bounced back up Patient was alert and talking.
My mother is from Lebanon long ago and my grandmother always told her a little coffee to bounce back.

Good morning, Barbara. I absolutely admire your wisdom! My grand baby is in the hospital waiting on a heart donor, she was born with hypo plastic left heart syndrome. She has not been allowed to drink water for month because her body keeps retaining water, is there anything you could recommend to help her little body release some of the fluids without taking diuretics? Her kidneys react terribly to it. Grateful for all you do 🫶
Caffix supposedly has a carcinogen in it, at least recognized as such in the state of California in America.
From all the labels I read Everything is listed a Carsonagenic in or from Calif.
What is Cafix anyway? Sounds like a drug. Or something not available in all continents.

Get off all sugar and carbs. Look up dr Thomas Seyfried. He looks at cancer as a metabolic disease. Also fasting can be an extremely helpful tool. There’s plenty of videos on TH-cam with him and I believe he has a website. My father passed away after 6 years living with stage 4 prostate cancer. I wish I knew then what I know now. 🙏
What about deface coffee ?
Stay away from decaff. Has more toxins then regular coffee
