Coolio 3-4 Years? Why so much? Look at every new manager recently. Valverde settled right in at Barca. Jupp Heynckes settles right in no problem. Look at Marcelino at Valencia, Valencia were 17th and 18th for most of last season and Marcelino has taken them to top 4 battling for 3rd with Madrid. Managers shouldn't take more than a season and a half to settle in, if they do you've brought in the wrong guy.

Im a United fan and I don't laugh at arsenal. I really really feel for arsenal fans. It's maybe just cause I can relate slightly after the whole moyes/van gaal situation. Honestly I enjoy listening to these rant videos Matt your points are very interesting

I fully understand your pain Mgh. I've been a Liverpool fan since 2008 so basically their very worst years and i have only been able to celebrate 1 trophy whilst supporting them. When you put out a lineup of Jay Spearing, Andy Carroll, Stewart Downing etc. it really does hurt. I used to envy Arsenal cause they would always complain about only getting top 4 when we were battling to finish in the top 6 at times. I used to cry after every loss and I wondered if I would ever see this team do the things my father told me about. Them came the almost season with Suarez and Gerrard and I remember crying all night long after drawing against Palace 3-3 and messing up our chance to win the league. But thankfully Klopp has come in and given us hope with players like Firmino, Salah, VVD and this club looks to be going somewhere for the first time since I've supported them, so I fully understand your pain and although Arsenal being bad is good for Liverpool, it's not nice seeing fans so pissed off about their club cause trust me when I say I know your pain. I'm only 16 btw

He mentions how Arsenal are still in a huge european competition, but there's only 2 dude. There's the Champions League (the only huge European club tournament) and then the Europa, which, by comparison, is quite small and almost meaningless if not for the Champions League spot if you win it. Let's not act like it's a big tournament. The fact you're "still" in the Europa League is not something to hang your hat on really, not compared to what you should be achieving.

He won’t go during this season but he has to go at the end hopefully with a European trophy but u doubt it. He was a hero and is turning into a villain. Is so sad to see. It’s no longer anger we have just given up and are waiting for change to happen weather that’s now or the end of the season. It’s not just Wenger that needs to go but we need a revamp from top to bottom. A completely different direction and completely new club. We need to sort out our defence and midfield and a manager that can take arsenal to new levels. The players are as much too blame as the manager. They have to step up and give a performance. It is all well and good saying a new manager is needed, but when the players step over the white line it is their job to win the game. I can understand the manager plays a huge roll, but (for example) when Teddy Sherringham and Ole Gunner scored off the bench in the '99 champions league final Sir Alex wasn't the only factor in them scoring.

I am hungarian and i have been supporting Arsenal for 9 years (since the age of 6). You can call me a plastic fan but 1. Hungarian club football/league sucks 2. If i would be a plastic fan ,then why would i support ARSENAL out of the european giants like Barca etc.? I am disappointed in the club's ownership AND in Wenger. I'm disappointed in the ownership because they gave the contract in the summer of 2017 to Arsene and I'm disappointed in Wenger because he accepted it. Wenger needs to go not because of his legacy but because of his respect towards the club. We NEED new faces in the staff and in management. The new head of scouting is a great start but it is just a start. Also, we need to get rid of the dead woods (like Xhaka, Mustafi,etc.). Of course the club will need time to rebuild but if we don't even start it then it will get worse. #MakeArsenalGreatAgain
His tactics are outdated, the game is changing and he is not. The market is only growing and he hasn’t spent the last few years so he’s already behind. While Wenger deserves credit for the the past and everything he’s done, I think it’s time for him to move on before the game outgrows his tactics as a transfer market player and game managing tactics even more.
I genuinely think you should make a video about comparing different managers which could potentially replace wenger, and which one you think will be most suited to arsenal and will be able to help us

For all you clowns that use the ''3 out of the last 4 FA cups'' argument, firstly its 3 out of the last 5 because we are already out of it this year but secondly how many competitions do we ''compete'' in every season again? The answer is 4 and the FA cup is only 3rd in the priority list out of those 4. Why do people narrow it down to talking about success in 1 of the 4? The right way to frame it is out of the 20 competitions he has taken part in the last 5 years he has won 3 ( with all 3 being the same cup 3/4 in the priority list ), potentially 4 IF he wins the europa league and thats a big if... Just to be clear aswell, I couldnt give a single fuck about what tottenham or any other club for that matter would love to win because we are not them! People need to stop making arguments by comparing us to other clubs bigger or smaller! We and every single other club in world football has no other choice but to run themselves and only themselves so its a complete moot argument.
We have been slowly slipping into a crisis in the last 2/3 years ( although problems have been there for all to see for a lot longer ) because we have a delusional, arrogant manager that is slowly but surely dragging us down and the board are allowing him to do it because all they care about is profit. Sacking him is the right thing to do by the club because he wont leave himself and thats all that matters, not Arsene's ''legacy'', feelings or any bullshit like that. If you truly want Arsenal to move forward he needs go ASAP.

I love Arsenal, Arsenal are my first love. Arsene Wenger is a great manager he’s done a lot for Arsenal and I don’t agree entirely with him stepping down, I want change yes but Wenger deserves a place at Arsenal wether it’s overseeing transfer targets or making the next manager play the Arsenal way; good entertaining football. Wenger needs to step down as manager but needs a place somewhere behind the scenes for what he’s done for the club it’s the least Arsenal could do for him. I just want good entertaining exciting attacking football.

I’m a City fan, but I have a lot of respect for Arsenal. Love some of the players there, my favorite YT’s like yourself Matt support them. That is the proper way to do it by letting the board comes out and announces it. However, it is not going to happen yet. I still think that they will look at Europa League first before they make a decision. That way, it will be easier for them to judge and decide where to go from there. Again, I cannot see how Arsene Wenger will last past the end of this season.

I’m still not 100% sure it’s Wenger’s fault. Arsenal have signed some good players but they’ve also signed some mediocre ones like Welbeck, Elneny etc. The quality of the team just isn’t up to the standard of United, Chelsea, City or even Spurs. If Wenger had City’s team then they’d probably still be top or at least second.
Anyone unable to take that City squad anywhere but first needs sacking, their strength and squad depth compared to the rest of the league is obscene. Assuming they were on say 60 points from 29 games that would probably be second and a HUGE step down in results. Also, Wenger has unrivaled say in transfers compared to other top 6 managers bar Guardiola. If the squad is bad it's cos he picked it bad.

Lucky! Growing up supporting Man United when Fergie retired, downfall with Moyes, laughing stock with Van Gaal, but now with Mourinho maybe a return to old glory days. Apart from last two years, Arsenal have finished above Spurs fine, not just about like 15/16. However since 12/13 Man City have finished above United since, Liverpool finished above United in the 13/14 season and last season. That doesn’t feel good, Arsenal has finished above United since 12/13 that doesn’t feel good.
