  • Mondo Duplantis has been setting world age group records since he was 7 years old. In this documentary film, we followed him for a day during his junior year of high school to learn what made him a prodigy. Now, Mondo is a two-time Olympic gold medalist who has broken the world record 9 times and has shown no signs of letting up. #paris2024

So, this is all in Sweden? Looks like he should be required to compete for the USA. Trains her, lives her, school, etc. Then uses all of this to compete against us. Sounds like treason to me.

He was trained growing up by his world class pole vault father and world class heptathlete mother; both of whom are integral to his success.
He is proud of both countries he's a citizen of, but when it came time to choose a country to represent internationally, the USA wouldn't let him be coached by his parents but Sweden did. That sounds like the USA fucked up to me.

Actually, a lot of foreign athletes come to USA to train because your student-athlete programs and facilities are way better than the rest of the world ! Athletes can have a better competition within training groups and championships, this makes everybody elevate their level to try to be the best.
