- Chris Eubank tries to impress on Louis Theroux that, beneath the truck red velvet and monacle, he is just an ordinary guy. Free video clip from BBC worldwide.

He's like a character from a childrens picture book.
Just an ordinary guy
You mean Where's Wally Louis?
It's easy to go to someone and ask them who's the real you but I'm not sure if the shoe was on the other foot would Louis be so forthcoming about who the real Louis Theroux is
Quite a gentleman
Yea a really tough one 🤣
Anybody who has reached the very top of their profession cannot by definition, be considered a normal guy.. But I think Chris although quite eccentric and a showman, is a good guy!
that sounds like something chris himself would say
He's just an ordinary guy. Ok?
By definition??
You mustn't have watched the rest of the program. He's pretty emotionally neglectful of his wife and children, and has some quite outdated opinions on a woman's role in a relationship
Nah that's rubbish there are tons of people that are hugely successful and live humble lives without being drowned in their own ego, Chris just wants to believe he's that
The man was an absolute warrior in his prime and a lovable eccentric.
He was a pugilist !
"You cultivate an eccentric persona... in the interests of entertaining the public."
Like Theroux
I'd love to see him do a show on Youth Hostels
He is as mad as a box of frogs. But I love him 🤣🤣
I wouldn't call him an ordinary guy, he's a bit of a showman no doubt, but he seems perfectly pleasant. Can't really call him a weirdo or anything, just a bloke who happens to like lorries and entertaining people.
Englewood Frank21 Once the cameras left they turned back to their normal stroppy little fuckers
i met chris eubank once shopping with his son in brighton when i was about twelve, he nearly broke my hand when i shook his hand lol those things are huuuuge
I must admit I do like Chris, he's one of life's character's
He's far from ordinary, that's why we are still talking about him in 2018.
2020
2021
2022
2022 and a half
2023
Eubank is a top bloke. Larger than life, and hated for it. A celeb, and deserves it - one of the very finest boxers. Life would be dull without him. And that isn't a 7.5 tonne truck.
That's maybe the unladened weight although these trucks generally do weigh more just with the tractor unit
You would go absolutely mad driving on the roads with that truck today.....and as for parking
I found after watching this that like a child Eubank Jnr was happiest when he was in competitive mock mode. He is a sensitive man who hates being mocked but enjoys pointing out flaws in others. He seemed proud as punch when he bested Louis in the ring
He was one hell of a fighter
all it needs is red flames and we are set
why is the BBC showing adverts?
Legend
'me... im er-err.. a teacher?!'
his voice is so funny
Think about it. Parents are often hypocritical in the way the present themselves to their children, to role model good behavior. Even if in private they fight and drink. The better parents anyway. He has found himself to be in a position to be a role model to young people and he considers that when he is in the public eye, but of course he has a private life. I say, good for him. That's as responsible as anyone could ask for of a celebrity.
As if hypocrisy is a good thing.
A proper top guy this always the gentleman
I love this to truck.. Peterbuilt this proper nice Ferrari pedals leathers kitchen bedroom is beautifully done ☺ better than my caravan : ) nice one Chris still got pic of us in Brixton barbers Michael barber. 😎
maybe a little extra... but... ordinary guy
Louis doing his best as usual to be adversarial and bait a response lol
Saw Chris Eubank Snr at the Dorchester once, too scared to talk to him lol really regret it"!
Just watched the doc, love his style and his morels.. Nice guy
aattitude Elaborate!
aattitude You make a valid point but It's funny to watch him. I enjoy it anyway. I don't read into it too much. I enjoy'd the way he schooled Naseem!
Keep my mushroom tip out of your head!
Warren W mushroom tip - better make sure they dont have the G.I. Joe kung-fu grip. Hope ur good man.
What are morels? Some kind of biscuit?
@andy7666
You have to admit there are similarities......
chris eubank is a top guy, people who judge otherwise need to look at themselves and shut the fu"k up. Nice bloke
Why does louis theroux remind me of OTACON from MGS4?
glasses
The amount of restrictions and pre cautionary regulations they have in place I cant blame him for not wanting to incriminate himself as he could loose the chance of being able to work with any and all children. Talking about in the uk anyway.
That is a really nice truck tho they should've have focused on the truck more fr
im from the US - can someone explain to me why on earth he drives a truck around casually?
Get Adblocker...
Eubank's family are from the same neighbourhood my parents were brought up in - Clarendon, Jamaica.
Cheddar Man who cares
A truck?!
Pahahahaa ^_^
@IAmAWombman Well he isn't there to talk about the birds and the bees, now is he?
@ehmazin
LOL!!!!
We don't have free internet anyway..
That truck would sell in America now easily for 50k if a catipillar under the hood
Think of the children.
Those American lorries are so much bigger than European ones I honestly wonder who he gets it through certain streets. I actually saw Chris's Peterbilt lorry in London once, parked outside a hotel in Mayfair. It had "WAR, WHAT IS IT GOOD FOR? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING" printed on the back. Didn't see Chris himself, though.
Say it again
*you drive around in a lorry*
#WHENYOUTAKEINTOCONSIDERATION >> ?
I feel so depressed when I think about how many people hate white people and black people, English people, Asians ect... it makes you feel completely helpless
You Only Her e me talk about what this truck might hit one day.
Do you pay for your internet? IT IS AND WAS NEVER FREE!!!
@macbrack04
"racist snobbish homophobic"
What was he doing living in Brighton then?
@GerudoUK No, Otacon is 100 times cooler!
because money doesnt grow on trees
letsloveelp yes it does
@MrLeebo123 Wasn't so hard when he met Steve Collins.
He lost both fights on points, one of them a split decision, and he had already been in some wars by that point, Eubank was one of the toughest boxers ever, its common knowledge
Seems like he's hiding something
Probably your missus, to spare your feelings.
Uneccessary. low life.
When i see Chris Eubank Sr. from years ago, i dont know why but it makes me think of LeBron James.......
Don't care for Louis here. Neither witty nor endearing. 'Great'.
nope, nothing is free, get over it
what adverstising?
@897667 because it makes a lot of money...
That's not what he is really treated like in brighton
What's the real situation over there then?
Is he the boss of an organised crime syndicate or maybe an arms dealer, either way whatever he does to make his money seems pretty dodgy.
he's bankrupt
bokstha
I love the brother for his intellect, as that's what pissed off the boxing ring payers most. They thought Eubank was just another Black man, getting his brain punch at for the pleasure of white crowd, but he proved them wrong & they hated him 4 it. I hope Karen taken him back & he is with his lovely family again.
His clothes don't fit him.
I love Americanized foreigners.
*britishized
That truck compositing for something? To own a 18 wheeler must be a lot
Its what he likes an wanted. An that particular truck is a very much wanted truck an liked throughout the world. Very big deal to own a 379 Peterbilt truck. Theyre awesome. Dont pick on him over that.
why a fkn diesal truck?
Theroux' questions and comments are so conventional and unimaginative that it is hard to see why he is given air time.
Agreed. He puts on that dorky, boy next door act but in reality his goal is to make his subject look as dysfunctional/dislikeable as possible
Chris Eubank is one of the only black people I like - its a shame, but true.
Hope this has changed a lot more over the past 10 years; people are people!
