I just bought this truck in the Grey color. Love it, its an all around mid size truck. Perfect for everyday drive

The Brazilian model Frontier has a Coil Sprung 5-link rear suspension which is far superior then the US model. I drove one for over 1500 miles in a span of 2 weeks this past June(2022). It's 2.3 liter Turbo Diesel motor produced plenty of low end torque while achieving 30+ miles per gallon. Half of the 1500 miles were back country roads and the Frontier suspension ate up all the ruts with ease. Its was like a mini Raptor. I would change the factory shocks to something better and slightly bigger tires on the Brazilian model Frontier. Again I am disappointed that the US model has leaf springs.

I've driven left sprung all my life and I have never driven a Raptor which has a similar suspension architecture as the Frontier... It just makes me wonder how well a Raptor would run out here. It usually takes me six hours to drive from our place by the coast to the the country side home. This time it took us a bit over fours hours. We were much impressed. No reason it can't be reliable with good care and updates to the stock suspension.

I gave you a thumbs up on this video because of the content; however, the title of the video is bordering on clickbait. How exactly does this truck outperform the Toyota again you didn't really address what you titled in the headline!

The trucks got 360 cameras and your not using them? Plus those tires suck! Hancock AT are great for the small stuff. Come back with a little more lift and MT's and you'd see a difference.

I own a ‘22 Frontier SV so I don’t have the rear locker, but the location of the rocker switch is just stupid, why didn’t Nissan put it right next to the rotary switch? and also the audible back up warning is annoying, you’d think the engineers never took it off roading at all??

Comparing your raptor with 37 to a Nissan frontier, is a little ridiculous. And blaming the tires alone, absolutely not. Then on top of it comparing the Toyota versus the Nissan and not using identical situations and conditions, yeah I think you did more harm than good.

Toyota's have always been overrated, and its primarily because of the aftermarket accessories industry that offers every gadget under the sun for them as the reason they have such an undeservingly high reputation.
Not saying a Toyota is not a great vehicle it's just that they do not deserve the reputation they enjoy because other manufacturers produce a truck just as capable and just as good but the aftermarket industry does not cater to them nearly as much.
Similar to the slavish devotion to the Chevy 350.
Now cue the Toyota fan boys.

Where is LITTLE Moab? I lives in the only MOAB known and that is in SE UT for seven years. By Moab standards, the beginning is not off-roading it is simply driving on a dirt/mud road. That's no obstacle, Hell's Gate is an obstacle.
Yes tires are easily the biggest problem when in slick mud and snow. Tires on my Pro-4x are ok for most conditions, but if back in Moab, and doing a mud trail in the winter or even summer (not many of those), need a tire with more of a voided areas between tread cleats to spin the mud out. And some of the mud on roads near the air port (Like Blue Hills in the spring), nothing is good. Learn to just avoid it.
Generally, I like your write ups , but stick to the paved roads; your heavy breathing while maneuvering does not instill a warm and friendly feeling that you know what you are doing.
My Pro-4x is not a Hummer or Jeep...just a great all around. And when I head to visit friends in Moab this fall, thankfully, the roads will be dry...
