I know this video is old but these series are such a balm to my soul. My dad died a year ago and we weren't into cooking or anything but sometimes your dad reminds me of my own. Though he had an Italian accent and would often say the wrong pronunciation etc. Anyway. Thanks for sharing your dad. It means more than you might realize.
I'm sorry to hear that, bud. My dad passed away in 2021 so I understand what you're going through. And it's nice to see such a loving dad on TH-cam. I pray you have better days ahead.

I used to stay up as a kid/ teenager and watch him late night on iron chef reruns. He was always my favorite! Its so awesome to get to see his personality and skills in a home setting . The videography is perfect .
My dad is a chef as well but not on the same caliber as you. His love language to me was always making food for me as he wasn’t as expressive on his feelings and emotions. My parents are separated but I see my dad like every year or so and he would always make a feast for all meals of the day. Our communication is not that good as he is not good with English as much and I am not as good in Cantonese. Watching you guys bond over food gets to me and puts a warm feeling in my heart . Love ya pops❤️
Love the love! And learning from Iron Chef! I grew up watching the show and it was family time fun! We laughed, learned and spent quality time! Thank you! Also these videos are fun!
I love watching these I remember when I was a kid and I use to sit down and watch iron chef with my mom so just watching you doing your thing behind the counter fills me with memories
Just trying to give these videos as much interaction as I can as a new sub! Dad killing it in the kitchen and son killing it with the edits! Awesome work all around 😁
I love how the father always follows up with his son. Asking him to expand on his answer. He almost acts child-like with him. Good lession to learn for a new father like myself.
Your are awesome duo, rly entertaining. Your dad is cool, but u bring are fun millenial part into it with your editing and the tasting in the end. Rly chill to watch, thank you :)
At least on screen, you have a great father son relationship, good partnership. That is what brings me back for more. Plus both of you have a good sense of humor.
It's so cool to be called "children" watching Chef Lee cook. He is so skillful. You learned so much from watching Chef Lee cook in action. Now I know how to properly break the lobster tail and crack the claws to get perfect piece of meat out. I also like how he slowly cooked lobsters by submerging them in hot water without additional cooking. Such a gentle way of cooking it.
I love how you always mess with your dad and like tickle/hit him haha. My brother does the same stuff. He can't walk by anyone without messing with them hahaha 😆 🤣
I stumbled across your shorts about a week ago (very disappointed there aren't hundreds of them) and I'm hooked. Never watched the TV show but your dad is fucking golden. Keep it coming
hello from Hamilton these videos are so much fun learning tips and tricks from a pro watching son of Susur and Susur bond over food and the loveable trolling too :) very nice family and utoob channel.
We are so blessed to have a father like you!

Must be so blessed to have a father that steals tips and IOU's
@@hehhehheh666 he doesn’t actually steal he uses to spend the money for special events for the worker

Really awesome that he starts everything off now by calling the viewers "children". Love this cooking content. Current favorite
I think he is referring to his sons who record the videos.
@@p-Claud73 if you watch often enough you'd know it's addressed to the viewers
@@p-Claud73 because children is plural, that wouldn't make sense
same :)
It’s most likely he’s talking to audience. AND he does have 3 kids so why not both?
Bro, your dad is such a friggin' treasure. Hitting us with herbaceous knowledge. And love.

Jet, Susur, I'm not here for the food. I'm here to see the father and son bonding. I never truly had a father figure so this is very loving to see.
