What’s your opinion on using simple carbs like haribos or squares bars to fuel your training better because I’ll admit I’ve tried using strictly whole foods to fuel my training but feel much better stronger and fitter if I’ve had something easy to digest like bagel, sweets or a square bar just before training that aswell as a coffee oof
