    I have been doing a 4 day split recently as well. This has been working very well for me along with my job as well as my martial arts practice.

    Need a program for lifting and tennis. I'm a tennis player and highschool tennis coach. Doing a 4-day upper-lower split also and that seems to mesh well with my tennis.

    I know I’m not an athlete but I think this could work for me because I build sheds everyday. Especially in the summer I’m not looking forward to a squat , bench, deadlift after work

    Really good stuff!!! But does the man, Placido, mean Concurrent training? I can’t seem to find programming info on congruent training, just congruent exercise. It’s probably not important because I really enjoyed this piece. 👍🙏
