@@atvtracks Ok thanks! I didn't see the second part were you are actually using a torque wrench for the final adjustment, thought you were done after using the air gun!
I find it weird to have roller bearings with seals still in them with an oil bath system. And I can only imagine that 2 bearings were not adequate. Not sure why they are roller bearings when it not only sees lateral load but axial as well. Seem weird not to see tapper bearings.......
These are sealed bearings and the oil is to extend the life of the bearing if the seal brakes. It has increased the bearing life 3 times,. Also camso went to three bearings 2 on the inside as this supports most of the weight and eliminated most bearing issues.
Excellent video. Came here to check out the caps are not staying on and learned alot more. This is why I bought my tracks from you
A+ Sir! Thank you very much!!!!
Informative video
Thankyou,,some dealers charge up to 1 hour or more to do this
We are the experts and work hard for our customers, thankyou
Do you make tracks to fit a 2019 Hisun Sector 750?
i just got the kit from can am commander to my ranger north star …. i only got two hubs and two sprockets, is that correct? thanks
It kind of depends on the situation. Did you order from us? Give us a call 866-243-8359
Does it matter which side of the drive sprocket faces out, in other words is the sprocket symmetrical
You don't show installing the double lip seal as well as pulling the old bearing gs out.
Interesting video but I would definetely use a torque wrench for the hub. 92 Ft./Lbs to be precise
Yes a torque wrench is best but our gun was set at 92lbs
