    Been there myself Tony. My advice would be run with a friend and get a local race booked. Just something to aim for. Agreeing to run with someone helps get out the door, and the miles definitely go quicker whilst chatting away. Hopefully, this can help get you through the colder months. Weather is certainly a factor 🥶

    I've been there. I got the T Shirt . Like you, I have rejoined the gum, got several different strength programs to have a go at, including cardio.
    I have also got my MTB bike out again. You can't beat getting muddy on the bike.
    And remember, it's good to talk

      My bike is at the back of the shed, really need to get to it. Yes the gym is great for the colder days and getting on top of the strength & conditioning, building up the core

    When i get like that mate, and trust me when i have low motivation i bring up my PB's take a nosy and pick one to try and beat... last time that kept me motivated for months then boom. I was back in the running bug
