My dad’s 2011 Camry LE same grey color as yours is around 303,000 miles. It’s drinking a lot of oil. Recently someone hit the car, but my dad still has full coverage so it will be getting some brand new parts.
Go ahead and say you should do a drain and fill or 2 on your transmission, even if it doesn’t fix it it’s worth a shot and isn’t too expensive to do. Pretty easy to yourself too and if you do it yourself would be less than $100 for 2 drain and fills
Check your gas cap if that is causing it. Sometimes it is not tight enough or just goes bad. That was the case for my car which is same year and model.
I got my 2010 2.5 liter soda engine to get the stability control and engine light on after half tank of E85 but it really kept it cool in July to race a 'Thats a Buick' redlining 1st in 2 seconds and like Vanilla ice in his 5.0 said , welll my version of 40 to 60 4 seconds NO PLAY. BAding ding diddi ding ding gone in 6 seconds to a 14 second run , lets go camry , better than "lets go Brandon" ?
I have the same lights on my 2010 SE 2.5 but the difference is when i drive and it gets to about 3rd gear the rpms spike up to 4k+ screaming and the car isnt moving any faster. It just happened randomly one day. Any insight?
@@jeffreyfurtado3681 I am about to, ive also seen persons using Valvoline Max Life Fully synthetic WS alternative without issue, have you tried it? My code is P2714 Solenoid D Performance or stuck off, so ive already bought a replacement solenoid in hopes that replacing it and the fluid fixes the issue and that i wont need to do the rebuild of the trans that the shops suggested.
At this point, the Camry deserves it's own SERIES.
Just to see how long, it keeps on running...

How often did you change the transmission fluid on that car?

That’s a transmission issue that pressure solenoid probably controls the shifting.
I got exactly the same light on my Camry 2011…. It drives well so I do not bother

Have you done a World Standard transmission flush. Have that done every 60 to 80k miles.
