7:20 Rasengan Uzuhiko looks like and reminds me of the Taikyoku (Supreme Ultimate) Rasengan that Naruto uses in the Lost Tower movie where he combines Chakra with Minato. While having two clones off the battlefield in Sage Mode while the main body is in it, Naruto could only use three normal clones for combat. Uzumaki having a lot of chakra is a misconception. Kushina only said they were known for their longevity, savage nature and sealing techniques. Her and Mito were chosen as Jinchuriki due to their powerful chakra. Quality, not quantity (chapter 500 pages 3-4). Minato set the seal so Kurama's chakra would mix with Naruto's. That's why he has alot (chapter 490 page 11 and chapter 519, page 11). Naruto made 1000 fresh from the academy whereas Boruto with his greater talent and experience only made four clones by the end of part one. That's 0.4 percent as much. The panel you showed mentioned life force (longevity). Which isn't the same as chakra.

Sasuke would still be stronger. Naruto didn't use the shadow clone experience trick until after the timeskip. So he likely wouldn't have enough time to master Sage Mode. Which would take even longer given his chakra control would be worse without all the improvements made when learning RasenShuriken.
Plus you're probably not thinking of Sage Mode's limits in the Pain arc. While having two clones off the battlefield in Sage Mode while the main body is in it, Naruto could only use three normal clones for combat. Which he needs to help form Rasengan that he's too slow to land. With Shuriken & Chidori Senbon dispatching clones from a distance. While Chidori Stream & Kenjutsu negates any success in close combat (taijutsu & frog kumite).

In fact the first time team 7 (with sai and yamato) made contact with him, it was obvious to naruto that sasuke was stronger and faster. That's why he was motivated to get stronger and ended up discovering rasen shuriken later.
He could easily just kill team 7 right there if not for orochimaru meddling and telling him to spare them and to let team 7 and the rest of konoha handle the akatsuki.

I mean I’d like to see Boruto potentially bust out Momoshiki’s rinegan but wouldn’t that mean Kawaki could also use the Byakugan? I’m curious to see if Kawaki only stuck with using his enhanced body, Ishiki’s abilities, and his Karma mark. Maybe he practiced his ninjutsu as well? Kawaki was able to walk up walls, use fire release, as well as create shadow clones. Uzumaki having a lot of chakra is a misconception. Kushina only said they were known for their longevity, savage nature and sealing techniques. Her and Mito were chosen as Jinchuriki due to their powerful chakra. Quality, not quantity (chapter 500 pages 3-4). Minato set the seal so Kurama's chakra would mix with Naruto's. That's why he has alot (chapter 490 page 11 and chapter 519, page 11). Naruto made 1000 fresh from the academy whereas Boruto with his greater talent and experience only made four clones by the end of part one. That's 0.4 percent as much. The panel you showed mentioned life force (longevity). Which isn't the same as chakra.
