My pillager outpost was on the edge of the hill, and I had no mountain spawn proofing to do. The farm still worked perfectly I have so much loot now tysm !!!
Would recommend using a boat to get the villager. Put him in the boat and attach a lead to him and slowly buid up and a few blocks above the leaf platform and release the boat

From your 31 platform it’s 3 blocks high from trident switch to head high so 10 block shaft and 8 wide box for water flow with 6 high walls and leaf on top, only need 31 platform to have leaf cover. Save around 2 hours this way also using iron fence to hold pillager spawn below let’s you build 13 blocks up while on 31 platform to despawn them if there’s no captain, also saving you the heartbreak of slow bottle rates that way.

one caviat is that if the pillager outpost is in a snowy biome, or somewhere that snows, the pillagers will spawn on the snow, and you can't spawn proof it, you physically have to build the farm in an outpost that isn't snowy
When i was using the farm a witch went in the lava drink a fire resistance potion and just chilled in the lava i had to stab him for the next raid to start.( i saw the witch because i used a layer of glass in the walls to see them).but overall a great farm
@@Bananaboy985it might also be the glass block, the one I built that’s working uses scaffolding and water ontop to push them into a trident killer, if it’s not that, then it’s just some outposts are bugged

@@DreamybullisMyDaddy all I did was watch the video multiple times over and made sure it all matched up 100% but if that doesn’t work try what he did at the beginning and walk 15-20 blocks away (btw don’t leave spare beds placed, other villagers can take them and make the spawn radius bigger)
I have a problem i started a raid and got like half way through it but then a few of the piligers spawn in with the viliger and killed it i got a new one but now i cant start a raid
You would need to use a normal autosorter but for unstackable items like crossbow, enchanted books and totems you wouldn’t be able to auto sort them unfortunately

@@spartangaming7128 put your game on hard mode!!!! The pillagers don't drop totems when on easy mode, they also drop lower leven and less bad omen bottles
Naturally the maps N,E,S & W are fixed to the top, sides & bottom of the map so the top is N, right is E, S is bottom of map & W is left side of the map, you're welcome 😁
Your character icon should be turned on in the map as well which shows you which way you're looking based on the sharp pointy side of your player icon, hope this helps.
This happened to me sooo much there’s 2 problems that can be happening 1: You used peaceful when you loaded in the outpost, this will break it 2: the villagers are spawning at the bottom of the outpost instead of the top the fix is too put leaves over the entire area where they are spawning at the bottom then they should spawn on top! Hope it works

Any fix for the farm not triggering a raid like it just gives me a 90min countdown on the potion and if it runs out it does nothing
Break all the beds in the village where you got the villager from, he needs to link to your specific bed

I think you can put strings on top and it will prevent snow from building up

You might be near mountains, try spawnproofing the blocks they are spawning on

try and go to the edge of the spawn chunks and fly far and close over and over until one spawns hope this helps

It's probably falling through the ground when you leave the area. Try to turning off the trident killer when you leave 👍

You have to wait until the bad omen potion fully finishes for the raid to start

The button on mine was blocking the spawn of it so I replace the button with a piston to push the captain off and moved the water a few blocks up
