Very informative, now if resellers can use the info you put out there, they will definitely get better in all aspects. Keep up the videos. Really enjoy an educated approach on how to and not just I sold this for $500.00 and I paided 50 cents. Love the examples you use.

Appreciate this series of what NOT to do. Also been using FotoFuze since last week and very happy with it so far. Thanks again!

Nice video .... I agree with some of the things you are saying, and disagree with others.
On the 1st thing ... I'll generally run an auction on things I think are worth more than what the last version of that item sold for. I'll set a 'high' opening bid, and a 'Dream Price' as my 'Buy It Now' amount. In the worst case scenario, it sells at the opening bid amount. If it's really valuable, it may Pop Off in the auction. ~ After the auction, I figure out how much I 'REALLY' want and price it there ... and then adjust after it sits for a bit.
Your baseball card year is a bit off. Sports Card 'lots' will ALMOST ALWAYS have some level of value in a lot of 2,000+ until 1989. After 1989, you need to know a bit. The reason is that until Upper Deck came out (1989) there was ONLY Topps ... which means 100% of the Rookies are in Topps until 1989.
I personally love 'Best Offer' but tell my partner constantly to remember that SHE IS IN CONTROL and that sellers get to decide if the offer pleases them or turns their stomach. If you don't like an offer ... COUNTER and Stay Firm. You don't have to sell for the offered price, and if it doesn't feel right (or make you happy) then don't do it.
On dealing with cussing or mean buyers that are not satisfied ... The BIG Rule here is to not engage. When someone says they have an issue, answer as directly as possible and DO NOT ADD MORE INFORMATION OR EXTRA STORY. Just say: Here is what I see when I pull up the Tracking Number. Beyond that, I don't have a lot of control, but will contact the carrier and give you an update when I have one. Be VERY short, and VERY to the point. Do not engage strong words and take things to the next level.
