Yes, by default, people only see the number. Only large companies can by default add their name. But then you need to be a pretty well-known company. If you're just a small/medium-sized company, you can't do this.

Yes, you can! This is called the "Default Reply" in Manychat. You can find it in Settings > Channel (e.g. Instagram) > Default Reply. The Default Reply will trigger any time someone sends a message, and it's not triggered by any of your other Manychat automations.
Add a tag once people get your message. Then create a condition on that tag. If people have the tag -> don't send a message. Otherwise, do send the message. Does that help?

You can't use some of the features, such as Data Collection and Integrations. Also, it's free up to 1,000 contacts. Once you go over that, you need to pay (even if you delete the contacts).

What you can do is connect ManyChat to a Google Sheet. Just go to Settings --> Integrations and connect your Google account there. Then, inside your flow you can add a Google Sheet action and add information to a specific sheet.

What you can do is a assign a tag to a user once they have finished the test, for example the tag “Finished”. Then at the beginning of the test you set a Smart Delay of 5 minutes (time they get). After 5 minutes you check if they have the tag, if they don’t have it, you need to stop the test.

Hey Rishi! This is a really good question! I think you could do this, but I would not recommend to do it. A better way is to create a dummy Facebook page and connect it to that. Could be in the future you won't be helping them anymore (for whatever reason) and then it is not possible for your client to easily switch to another agency (because then they need to switch phone numbers and all). Regarding the fee, you only have to pay ManyChat. ManyChat handles the fees that come from WhatsApp.

- With WhatsApp you do not have quick replies, you only have buttons
- When asking for the email, there is no bubble a user can click on
- If someone starts a conversation on WhatsApp, you do not know their first name. But you do know their phone number!

What you can do is a assign a tag to a user once they have finished the test, for example the tag “Finished”. Then at the beginning of the test you set a Smart Delay of 5 minutes (time they get). After 5 minutes you check if they have the tag, if they don’t have it, you need to stop the test.

You can ask it at the start of the conversation and provide a link to the correct channel. If you want to ask it before, I would recommend adding two seperate buttons to your website (for example)

Hey Christian! Yeah, that is possible. Go to Settings -> Integrations and then connect your Google account to ManyChat. Then inside a flow you can insert a Google Sheet action and send the data to a Google Sheet.

Hey Rishi! This is a really good question! I think you could do this, but I would not recommend to do it. A better way is to create a dummy Facebook page and connect it to that. Could be in the future you won't be helping them anymore (for whatever reason) and then it is not possible for your client to easily switch to another agency (because then they need to switch phone numbers and all). Regarding the fee, you only have to pay ManyChat. ManyChat handles the fees that come from WhatsApp.

Hey Chee! I recommend adding a new number to your Facebook Business account and adding ManyChat to that number. It’s best practice to never use the same number for multiple WhatsApp accounts.
