    Hi! Very well explained!
    But have one question, it says that i have to upload a document which has the address and number of my business. Which is not available in GST certificate. Then which document should we upload.

      Hi Archit, thanks for your kind words. You can use a gst certificate as the primary document and any utility bill with your phone number as a secondary document. Utility bill can be telephone bill, broadband , electricity or anything else. It should have the same phone number that you type in while submission.

    I have a doubt on display name. Though my business and display name is verified and approved it does not appears in WhatsApp chat screen but it do appears in detail screen of my whatsApp.
    Do I need to request for official business account to get my display name appear ?
    Note : I don’t want green tick just display name to appear in chat screen

      Hi there! Thanks for your kind words.
      Well even for having your business name to show up, you must have a notable business with a good digital footprint. Also you must have sent over 5000 outbound conversations and at least 10% people should reply back.
      You will still need to apply for OBA (green tick), you might get a green tick or your name becomes visible instead of the number, that would be WhatsApp's decision.

    Sir I did everything that you did but in the last part , 11:09 when i clicked on certificate... Mine was not showing Approved. And how can i download the certificate ? (The certificate is not available for your business. Only the business solution provider who manages integration with the WhatsApp business platform will be able to download the certificate.)

      @@easysocial Actually we have a software to manage the vehicles in our business and we wannna integrate whatsapp in it .... for example when a customer opens up our whatsapp chat and types his order number... he should get an update about his order.

      It will be extremely difficult to do it properly when you do it directly with WhatsApp API, it will be extremely time consuming. With EasySocial you can get started in less than 30 minutes.

      Hello there! Yes it is mandatory to add GST number, in case you don't have one you will have to use someone else's GST number to proceed. Right now there is no alternative option.

      Hello Shiva!
      You don't need to have a business to set up cloud api for learning purposes. You can simply, create a Meta App and set up WhatsApp. Enable the whatsapp cloud API.
      WhatsApp will automatically give you a test number. This number you can use with a 2-3 registered mobile numbers only.
      Do try it out, if you get stuck somewhere, feel free to reply back.

      Hello! If you want to set up a number for another business that you do not own is technically and legally not right. WhatsApp would ban such numbers and your primary business as well. Let's say your company name is ABC, and you add a number for another business XYZ. If someone checked the profile details of XYZ on WhatsApp it will show the details of ABC (Registered business).
      We do not endorse this process. However you can get access to free whatsapp automation tools on easysocial.io, consider signing up for multiple businesses separately and enjoy free service.
      PS. You can add upto 2 numbers for each business.

      @@easysocial I've seen on business manager that you can become a solution provider for other business , and so you can add infinite number, this is what i get reading just right now , i can be wrong, be yeah i see those agencies who only build automations on whatsapp for clients, so i think is possible

    sir when i click submit while i'm gonna do the create app , then it says that " Your business is prohibited from advertising, including claiming apps." . so what can I do now ?

      If your ad account is blocked, then unfortunately you can't do much about it. Follow the instructions laid out by Facebook and see if it helps. I would suggest that you use another Facebook account and try to get your business verified from the new account. Facebook response is too slow, and 99% cases restricted accounts do not get fixed.

    Allow me to make a note: after when you delete your existing whatsapp business acount number ( if your intention is use the same number for Cloud API) .... please NOTE: that you cannot registered back to Whatsapp businness App in your phone device with the same number. Thats mistake cost me 4 days of figuring out how do i register back ON with same number to WABA.

    I want a group member to see the message: "Only administrators can view all participants in this group"

      The green tick is not given to all businesses, your business needs to be a notable and well known business. If your business is well known and you have 5-6 articles in newspaper then you can apply for a green tick. And still there is no guarantee. You can still reach us out if you need help.

    When I click WhatsApp, select my business account, and click next, I get this error message saying "Onboarding Failure: Please retry in sometime or contact support to get issue fixed". I tried contacting support but no help. It has been more than 5 days, and I really need to fix this.
