I enjoy your videos. I love that you give me ideals as I have a $10 a week grocery budget. With spaghetti noodles, I use one of 4 sauce options. Teriyaki sauce with the spaghetti noodles and some frozen vegetables make a decent lo mein. With Alfredo sauce and the spaghetti noodles, I add chicken and broccoli. With the spaghetti sauce and noodles, I will sometimes get the burger patties and break them up as I fry them for a meat sauce. Sometimes I make my own butter garlic sauce for my noodles. I have a housesitting job in a old 4 room farmhouse in a rural area where no one wants to live. I have no rent and no utility bills to pay. I do odd jobs for my expenses but it does not leave anything extra for groceries. I do not qualify for the food pantries as it requires a electric bill with my name on it.
Those all sound like good ideas for the pasta! I am actually working on another video where I am going to have to do something similar with the garlic/butter sauce 😊. Do you have any animals with you or a garden (weather permitting)? I appreciate your feedback and your sharing!
Hi Holly, I was just going over all of her videos and came across your comment. I have to tell you, I love the simple way of life and have often wished I could do what you are doing (I have four kids and a husband, so my season of life is different right now). But I volunteer at two food pantries in our town and I was thinking the reason they ask for an electric bill with your name on it is for verification of address (county). So maybe it would work out, you could get help from them if you had a letter from the owner of the property, stating that you are living there? It's just an idea but it might help. I hate to see anyone go without food so it's worth a shot! Good luck.
Just found your channel and subscribed. You really are a master at these challenges! It would be nice if you could include the calorie count of each menu. Enjoying your videos.
Awesome 👍💯
I love that you always mix things up.
Thank you 😊
Great selections. 💘 your videos!

Dry beans for protein.
If you fried or baked the potato rounds into disc shapes you could make miniature sandwich bites.
Yes!

I am interested in the calories as well.
I will work on that 😊
Or you could get a dozen eggs, use oil you had at home to make your own mayo/aoli. Good video!😊
Thank you!
They have raw hamburger patties you can brown and chop up for the spaghetti sauce?
Good job!! Love these 10.00 challenges. Keep them coming.
Thank you😊
