This is not the comparison you are looking for. Much more relevant is the Olight Warrior 4 as a comparison. Spoilers...not much between them depending upon your beam profile preferences. Warrior is more rubust and hefty for defence and enables a better tactical grip
I was torn between the lenlenser mt14 and the javelot. I think I will prefer the ledlenser. The ledlenser promises 1000 lumens, 320 meters throw and 9 hours of burn time. The javelot offers 1350 lumens, 730 meters throw for 2 minutes. Then it drops to 594 lumens and offers 312.2 meters throw and 155 minutes of work. Considering the full power burn throughout the night, the ledlenser seems to be ahead. What are your comments? Independent of price, which one would you buy and why?
The MH25 is a bad ass mid size light. Super bright, great for 3-400 meters. I thought I wouldn’t mind the two switch operating system but, it’s been a pain at times. Wish it was just a single switch light.
I have no problem with proprietary, but the light cone is horrible imho: very pinpoint with very little spill. If you need a very pinpoint light and don't need to see much around, you might as well get a LEP light.
I keep my MH25 in daily mode, on mid 300 lumens and it’s perfect; only one button operation (the tail switch) and if I need a more bright, long throw spot I just click trough the modes on that big clickie button in the front of the body; I don’t get it why so many prefer the buttons of Olight and Fenix, they are not clicking, are not easy to use because they don’t offer the same levels of responsiveness as the Nitecore, and I’ve handle FL’s from all of these brands; great all around torch in a compact body 👌
100% agree with your UI complaint on the Nitecore. The whole 'tail switch for power, and side switch for modes' is the main reason I can't stand Fenix and a lot of Nitecores. Olights have their downsides, but man do they kill it with their UI. I daily a Warrior Mini 3 because it gives so many shortcuts to so many modes instantly.
Same for me. I always carry the Warrior Mini 3 with me, for exactly the same reason as you. The Warrior X4 has replaced the Nitecore NEW P30 on my gun belt for nighttime security patrols on my property. The UI is just unbeatable. I have the Baldr S on my EDC pistol and home gun. The Odin GL on my pump gun. Olight is the only decent one you can get here in Paraguay.
I have shortened the black plastic "protection" of the positive pole and can now charge the Olight batteries in a normal charger 😉👍🏻 Sunny greetings from the southern hemisphere 🌴 🙋🏻♂️
@@iosonoi.7132Not sure why you say that but between these 2 lights I'm taking the Olight plain and simple....The Olight just has more of I want in a light

the nitecore turbo is not advertised as demanded by ANSI!
what i read on trusted pages is that after 30 seconds roughly 1000 Lumens are available
Can confirm this. Turbo is 30 seconds or less. I will say the regular high mode on the MH25 is awesome and illuminates very well at 3-400 meters
@@andyprice4696 MH25 pro at 1200 lumen mode is awsome with 1.5-2 hrs working time
I'm interested in the new round UHi LEDs Nitecore have brought out recently. They seem to produce a perfectly round beam

Javelot on via tailswitch, can change mode using sideswitch? Or same like acebeam L18...?

Really constant 1000 lumens for 9 hours?
That's not true at all, the Ledlenser steps down even faster than the Olight, they just don't tell the customers
