anybody know any videos on getting the the transfer hinge wires fished through the door frame?

I will try to make one next time I have to do it. The easiest way if there is access above the ceiling is to drill thru the frame and then thru the studs into the next open stud bay and then fish a way down that bay and hook thru the hole you drilled.

We had the spring latch pointed the wrong direction, but we flipped it around in the end after the video (10 second fix)

Does this lock sends a signal to the main unit indicating that door is Locked or Open, as a mean to monitor the activity?

I believe they offer that as an option but you have to specifically order it that way.

what happens if the door is a sliding door , will this lock work and prevent the sliding door which this lock is fitted on prevent from opening up

Sorry Jerry, but this type of lock was designed by Schlage to be installed onto a door that swings in a pivoting motion as opposed to a linear (straight line) motion. If you wish to install an electrified lock onto a sliding door, your options are very limited. But the typical way to accomplish what you are looking to do would be to install a Maglock (on the unsecured side), and to make sure that it has a Door Position Switch (DPS) feature so that it will only energize once the sliding door is in the fully closed position. Hope this helps

seems Maglock will be the last option ... Thanks for your help and advise ..
