there's an alternate universe out there where sebastian and abigail are stardew youtubers and they lost their respective challenges so they had to cosplay seanie and z. which i find hilarious

Sebby could potentially be an easy run-pull a Haboo mines run while waiting for him to exit his room. You’re bound to find quartz during your dig. Easy gifts. Just be in the shop by 3 to catch him on a break (or wait until 7 if needed).
Seanie really is the type of person to speedrun a relationship and refuse to talk to the person.
I love how powerful RT's (plus BB's) influence is. SEBBY! becomes a staple in the community.

I'm just confused why neither of them grew pumpkins for Abigail. It seems easier to grow pumpkins than to hope that the travelling cart has a pufferfish 🤷

If you use speed grow it done in time
A punpkin and a speed grow on fall 1 would make it harvest in time. And you could plant two or three as a failsafe from crows

As someone who always picks Sebastian, unless I have a polygamy mod, I always use the mines. You can get to the ice levels within 3 days and then it's just waiting to give him the frozen tears.
if they were going by ingame time this strat would def be faster, but getting to the ice level might take quite long in irl time depending on their skill

Yeah it's not that hard to get to level 40, then you just restart the same level until you have all the frozen tears you need. Also gems are a liked gift and you can get a lot of quartz pretty easy

I spaced out doing something while the video played. One second Seanie was his normal self. . . And then I glance and all of a sudden he's an emo. I was so confused until I remembered what this challenge
The fact that Sebastian is canonically crushing on Abigail (if the player isn't married to either of them obviously) makes this so much funnier somehow.
The wig for the Abigail cosplay...I own that wig. I'm pretty sure it's exactly the same one. I was not expecting that.
All you'd have to do is earn a bit of gold and buy some coffees at the saloon and give them to Sebastian twice a week. It's a lot less work than farming for two whole seasons to (not even) give him one single tomato.

That Sebastian run was surprisingly close
sleep to fall 1, at that point you can buy speedgrow and a pumpkin and that way you can gift a pumpkin to abigail on her birthday

Seanbastian and Zabigail are emo couple goals.
So I think a better route for 2-heart Abigail (not depending on traveling cart luck) is this.
1: Plant all parsnips. Buy some more and supplement them. Water until grown. Sell them all.
2: Craft a scarecrow for ensuring step 3 succeeds.
3: Fall 1, purchase a pumpkin seed and a speed gro. Plant next to scarecrow, fertilize, water. Water every day.
4: Fall 13th arrives, and the pumpkin is grown. Gift it to Abigail.
That story towards the end took me on a journey I was unprepared

The depressing thing about this is that Abigail loves pumpkins and her birthday is in Fall. They could have just skipped to Fall, bought fertilizer and grew some pumpkins
Seanie really chose the hardest npc to gain friendship with to use in a competition where you need to get the most friendship points
But I will admit, it was very funny to watch and the video is great!

I've been speedrunning my way into Sebastian's heart since the day I started Stardew. Mans doesn't come out of his room until 3pm and he's at the beach around 11am on rainy days except for Friday, where he'll only go to the Saloon. There's saturdays at Sam's house/yard and then some nights he takes a smoke at 5pm. There's also his doctor's appointment on Summer 4 (?).
I have a book of notes on Sebastian and the other villagers for this reason only.
What's up with crosses when both of you research gifts?

if you mean why he doesn't post like he used to, one of his mods was exposed for being a weirdo and instead of dealing with it, he kinda just kept streaming and didn't wanna talk about it, then continued to block an innocent mod for no other reason than they spoke about Z's lack of a response in regards to the situation. That's it I think? Idk I joined the stardew community back in November 😭
