Excellent feedback! These Astorflex look like a great travel shoe to throw in a carryon luggage for when you need to look a little bit sharper but don’t want to carry heavy shoes.

The grant stones look be holding up really well with almost no creasing. Great value it seems.
Yeah I'm so impressed with them. Maybe it's common to all suede, I don't know, but I get lots of comments on them!

I *love* my Patnoflex loafers in the same model you have. Unfortunately the heel block started separating on both heels after only a handful of wears. Huckberry took good care of me, though, and a cobbler was able to hammer in a few nails to hold them back together. They're still awesome. Between those and my GS loafers in Storm Suede (oh look, you have those too) I'm going to be spoiled for choice this summer!
Great minds think alike! Glad to hear Huckberry took care of you. I'm about 7-8 good wears on mine and going strong.
As always, Patrick, great video. I am not a loafer guy at all. It's just not my style. I love my chukka boots and white, minimal sneakers.

I have some Chukkas finally and want to wear them more but they are almost white and they are suede and it's been so rainy here. Ha!

How is the GS sizing compared to RW?
Good question. Depends on the GS last of course. In the GS diesel im a 10d, GS loafer im a 9.5d, GS brass boot I'm a 9.5d, iron ranger 8111 and moc toe 1907 im a 10d.
do you worry about toe wearing down in leather soles? i notice you dont use toe taps
Hi! Nah, I'm not too worried. I have so many pair of footwear and I rotate a lot of them, so the wear is not really a concern these days.
I just cannot $300+ for made in China (Grant Stone). I recently paid about that much to buy my girl Redwing Heritage, Made in the USA.
That's fine if you can't, but GS is above Red Wing in quality. Love my RWs, also!
