- If you are stuck with this absolute headache of a trial yet you wish to get that sweet Trial Athlete achievement, here's an easy, cheap and scumbag way to earn it:
NOTE : IT HAS TO BE DONE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SCREEN. In the corner, Sonic Hurricane misses the target.
-Focus attack lvl 3, dash and HOLD down back right after inputting the dash.
-cr.lp , cr.mp and PAUSE (at the moment of contact)
-hold forward + punch , UNPAUSE then PAUSE. It has to be done fast, do not let go of the button.
- hold down+back , UNPAUSE then PAUSE.
- hold up forward + kick , resume. Do not let go of the button.
If executed correctly you will do a sonic boom into double flash. HOLD BACK when the Double flash starts. Pause when Guile lands
-press foward, unpause then pause. Press back, unpause then pause. Press Forward + PPP, unpause.
If executed correctly, you should have the Sonic Hurricane.
NOTE 2: This is NOT a recommended method and I do not support this way of approaching the trials. It is ONLY for those who are not interested in learning all the intricate execution of Guile and want to be done with this tricky trial.
Thanks man, this will be very useful, and honestly this is a stupid trial no one would use this in a real match anyway so I honestly think it’s worth doing the trick in, it will be the first trial that I use pause in but I won’t regret it tbh

Trials aren't supposed to be real combos. They're tests of knowledge, about systems and execution. But if you want to be lazy about it, go ahead. You're only cheating yourself.

Try to practice the Pause/Unpause trick on individual moves (like Sonic Boom, Double Flash and so on). If you manage to land them consistently you can try to link them like in the video.

I don't do 20 with pause. 21 was what I struggled with
Ah this is more of a tutorial. It works for any of Guile's trials. I just picked the first random trial of this flat top of a character :D
@@copanele41 My solution for 21(flash to super) was to use a laptop, where the keys are flat

This one was done on a PS4 with a controller, but good point if anyone wants to do this remotely!

Bruh, I always thought you were decent at fighting games with all your fighting game plats. This is really sad.
I've pulled this off in legit matches. It's not that hard to do. There's a trick to connecting SB or flash kick into double flash.
I'm helping a friend with this plat, so I was looking up the harder trials for him.

It's a 55%+ combo. I'm not sure how much more optimal you want than that. This isn't even the hardest version of this combo. He has another combo harder than anything on his trials list that Damenion would do in tourneys consistently on pad.
@@24framedavinci39the combo doesn't have enough jp for ultra 2 to hit all of the hits. At that point just use ultra 1
