Hey +Charlie426 At 11:55, that's not correct. The original RGM-79 GM mobile suit did not have a Core Block System with a Core Fighter. This was due to keep production costs down and create a "quantity over quality" mass-production mobile suit for Federation use. There is only one special RGM-79 variant for use in the Thunderbolt Sector (From Gundam Thunderbolt) which has a Core Block, but is using a small production fun of Gundam parts (similar to the Ground GM and Ground Gundams of 08th MS Team.
Neither the RGM-79 GM (0079) or RGM-79C GM Type C (0083) or even the Prototype RGM-79E GM Experimental (08thMSTeam) use the core block system, in universe. The Master Grade kit of the RGM-79 GM only has "core block" because of reused parts from the Gundam, but this was corrected with the RGM-79 GM 2.0 MG seen here - dalong.net/review/mg/m17/p/m17_n17.JPG and even more refined on the RGM-79 C GM Type C dalong.net/review/mg/m50/p/m50_n12.jpg and then a closing blast door on the RGM-79C GM Type C Space Use dalong.net/review/mg/m118/p/m118_36.jpg. With the sole exception of the Thunderbolt GM, no RGM-79 mobile suit, gunpla or in universe machine, uses a Core Fighter or Core Block System as used by the Gundam. You shouldn't feel bad about purchasing any GM Variant. =)
Bandai cut corners pretty hard with the HGUC GM II. Lacks extra hands seen in the GM III kit. Knee armor and feet belong to the unicorn version rather than the zeta version which it is supposed to be.
This HGUC is technically not 100% accurate to Zeta Gundam. The design is more akin to the Unicorn redesign as it has Katoki's touch on it, especially the feet.
I think the AEUG decals help people who will paint it and don't want to buy separate decals after finishing the paint job
