This is the first GM I actually liked. I never cared for the original GM in MSG or the GM II in Z. This one looks like it can hold it's own against high performance suits. After this model appeared in ZZ, the GM's started looking great. The ones in 0080 were all badass and the GM Custom in 0083 is just beautiful.
Hehe, my love for the GM began when I randomly found an MG GM Kai Space type model kit a loong time ago(back when I only knew about Wing). When I saw the original movie trilogy for the first time I didn't accept those GMs as true GMs lol XD
I think I know why: It's the visor. The original one looks kinda innocent because it looks like its looking up, but the later ones focus on what in front of them, with a serious stare.
I don't know why this video suddenly popped up on my video queue, but my heart is melting at the sound of your voice. It's so adorable! You and your channel's content have evolved so much since then, and it's so admirable how you've been so committed to this endeavor.
I got one, and saw on the wiki that since it had the same backpack as the Gundam Mark II, it could mount the G-Defenser, even had concept art of that. So I bought the PBandai G-Defenser + Flying Armor Kit to do so. I did have to switch the backpack with the one from my Gundam Mark II with the Flying Armor kit since the GM III’s backpack didn’t have the hole in the back to mount the G-Defenser but they were fully interchangeable and now I have a Super GM!
I seriously wanna give this HGUC a Beam Javalien ever since I saw it in Episode 4 of UC, IT WAS JUST SOO FREAKING EPIC! but not as epic as the Blyant Custom
+The AA Battery I really hope they have a weapon system set sometime with the beam javelin. They've one a few other beam weapons, so it's not impossible, but I am not holding my breath. Bandai has very few kits with that weapon, especially in 1/144 scale

So do I, but I can't think of any 1/144 HG kits that come with a javelin, sadly, outside of painting Shenlong's, I guess, and that wouldn't look right anyway. I think the only way to get it is from an MSIA, where it'd be too small, or from a Robot Damashii or something.
I know you are pretty much the GM expert in some ways. I am thinking of getting a GM III but I was curious, the hard points for the launchers on the sideskirts, does anything else fit into them, or is that not really useful for anything else?
The Zaku F2's grenades fit in there like a glove. I guess that also means that you can attach the heat hawk and the extra ammo packs(though I haven't tried that yet) The GM II uses the same sideskirts btw. That's how I found out about the grenades, the poor thing could use some more firepower =P

Arrowdodger The grenades look pretty natural. They've been on my GM II ever since I found out about the compatability =P Nope, the F2's accessories use rectangular pegs while the GM III's missile pods use round pegs. So the GM III and II can use the F2's stuff but not the other way around.

So this is pretty much a GM-head version of the RX-178 Gundam MK II.

man i just got this but for some reason the wrists fall off easily, im so disappointed since i really like the GM III
an actual cool thin is that this is compatible with the Gundam head , i guess we get the mass produced Gundam , but non-canon
