HOW TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS:
1. SHOULDER WIDTH: Measure from your back, the distance from left shoulder tip to right shoulder tip.
2. BUST: Measure around the fullest part of your bust and across your back.
3. LENGTH: Measure from your High neck point down to your knee or above your knee.

MATERIALS REQUIRED:
One sheet of pattern paper or cardboard sheet
2.5 to 3.33 yards of fabric (Additional 1 yard for the ruffles)

Shouldn't you finish the bottom of the ruffle BEFORE you attach? It would be much easier:)
