Speed only depends on frequency and number of poles.
N=120f/P
In both star and delta the frequency of incoming supply is same so why it will rote slow or fast !!

Yes but in star we are applying reducied voltage at winding phases V ph = Vl/1.732. In delta full voltage applied so its torque and speed increased nd ampere too
