Sir aap bole ki rpm badhne se torque bhi badhta hai. Means upto rated rpm humko rated torque milegi. But ye jo 'requirement' ki baat aap bole.... suppose 500 se 1000 rpm tak badhne mai torque bhi kuch magnitude mai badha hai, yahan torque to increase hi hui na.... increase hui matlab requirement thi isliye increase hui nahi to nahi hoti.....ho sake to clear kare sir requirement aur torque increase ka concept

The application is for cylindrical grinding machine where i get my desired work done only when i set the torque boost at minimum 15% . I set the vfd fan to always on as it was heating more than normal .
