I use a 3 position switch for flaps up (0°), takeoff flaps (15°), and landing flaps (30-40°, depending on the plane). This makes my flaps more consistent. I get the same flap deflection every time. Also, I don't use the flap>elevator mix for ballooning. I set the mix so that my plane descends at a comfortable rate on final. Ballooning occurs because you're going too fast when you lower the flaps. Slow down some before lowering the flaps. As the flaps deploy, the nose should come down so that your plane will glide without getting too slow.
fantastic!!!!!! Thank You
