I am buying a flat and almost all the flat options has cut and 90 percent of the flat options are not at all vastu compliant . West facing ke Ghar mein akhir toilet toh Ghar ke piche hi hoga nah ! Toh automatically East, North-East ya South East mein hi hoga nah ! Not in entry position. Kya Karna Chahiye kripya margdarshan kijiye !

My main door is in NE, ,on east wall. And it is the only cut out in my flat. What can be done about it.
