l am sure Dave knows this, but somehow he forgot to tell that it is Metphormine which is is the best compound to treat insulin sensitivity. but you may also try Berberine as a supplement. also add Alpha-lipoic acid.
Those can not do what metformin does… it’s not even close to metformin😂

I so sorry for your flat feet. This is not good. It effects 1/4 of the length of your muscle display. But it's good for swimming because your flat tootsies act like fins. And you can be a fish. And if you're a fish, well, you don't really need feet. I've never seen a fish taking a stroll on the bottom of the sea.
