Dar Vander Hoop I literally came to the comments to see of there was any mention of Yin Yoga. I do some home practice of Yin but also about 4 hours a week in classes. Total of over 10 hours a week. I was so happy when I saw your comment. I also do Bikram at least twice a week maybe 3 and two sessions of hoy Vinyasa flow. Only been doing it for 2.5 years but so much more flexible now.
