That Judge did exactly as he was told to do by his superiors. Seal was not just some lone cowboy hauling weapons & ammo to the Nicarauguan Contras in exchange for tons of Colombian blow on his own C130 operating off of a private airstrip at his home in Arkansas w/o the knowledge, blessings, and active protection of some very powerful 3 letter government agencies and highly influential public political figures. His usefulness had expired and he became an unacceptable liability. He knew his time was up.

New country. New name. New everything but that's what happens when you have a family to worry about. I think that's why Barry stayed. I think he felt that if they finally got him, his family would at least be safe but in truth. That isn't always the case.

VERY poorly titled video aside (c'mon All Action! You really could have gotten by with just "Final Scene", ya know!), at least I saw this movie ahead of this video and have to say it is easily one of Tom Cruise's most overlooked roles. I didn't even know it was a thing until it ended up on streaming. I half-expected it to be a dud since it didn't seem to register (much) at the box office, which is bizarre for Tom Cruise. Even with his duds (e.g. The Mummy), there's a ripple effect of "yeah, that movie wasn't very good" reviews, which is kind of amplified when Tom Cruise is the main role.
