I just found this video on your channel here. I have been working with an art therapist for 2 years and have just begun the journey of healing the little girl inside me. I’ve really struggled to bring her out. Detachment and disassociation my whole life has kept me from being able to access her. Going to try this exercise tomorrow when I have some time to myself and see if I can tap into her at all and follow up with my therapist for my appointment and share this with her. Thank you so much for opening yourself up and giving people like me the chance to continue to find new ways of healing💜

The colors you chose are beautiful, and so is this little girl ! The story behind this tutorial is very touching and I thank you for sharing. I was very blessed to have had a happy childhood. Very blessed indeed ! I've been in law enforcement since the mid 80's and have seen some very sad things, as you can imagine. Most of the offenders I see today have themselves been abused as kids and it is a heartbreaking cycle. I want to say how much I admire you for being a person who has come out of the darkness of abuse to become a shining light who creates beauty every day and shares that with so many. The cycle can be broken and you have shown that. You are an inspiration in so many ways. Thank you for all you are doing to spread light and love :)

Hey! Absolutely beautiful page!! I cannot even put into words how much this page resonated with me. As a child, I often found safety and comfort on my swing set. And I still find a swing to be a a comfort and a wonderful safe place for me. I am unsure if I'd be able to do this character a little girl on a swing but I think I want to try! Love the purple liquid acrylic ink - how do you keep it from staining your skin?
it's acrylics so dries up quickly and i was my hands, you can also buy barrier cream if it worries you. :)
