That pod is cardamon pilau is made with;cardamon,cumin,cloves,star anise, ginger, garlic and a bit of black peppercons those are basically your normal swahili spices
Mexican spice does not compare to African spice. One of my coworkers is from Nigeria, and brings us jollof rice from time to time. I have to pass EVERY TIME‼️🥵🥵
