    There is a brand called Super Coffee, that is very good,, low in sugar, and in most gas stations. You can also find them in grocery stores. They come in many flavors.

    I’ve been watching your videos lately to help pick alternative healthy choices and you’ve helped me so much. This is an eye open so I can keep an eye out when I’m at the gas station. I normally i grab whatever but with health lately I gotta choose what’s good and you’ve helped me with that.

    The larger gas stations like Loves, Pilot, Bucee's, etc. have a lot better choices. Salads, fresh fruit, boiled eggs, and more. Plus they will sometimes have Spindrift or other fizzy waters.

      .... just eat things lowere carb, not high sugar and not a lot of preservatives

    I've been a newsletter and all around subscriber for quite awhile now and I love it. I love when there's a new video and I get so much from it.     My go-to gas station drink is Vitamin Water Zero (it's sweetened with stevia and has no artificial colors), or sometimes a sparkling water (most at least have that). But I LOVE videos like this!👍💖

    🍿Thank you, this is so fun! I've liked, commented, subscribed and signed-up for the newsletter:) My guilty snack is popcorn - I used to live near a movie theatre, and I'd walk over and get a popcorn to-go whenever I had a big craving! Now I make it myself with healthy ingredients, so it's become a less toxic trait (and I don't have the awkward conversation with the snack vendor who wants to know what movie I'm there to see...🤣)

    I try to balance with an apple or banana if they have them. And pick diet Snapple over soda if needing something g with flavor sometimes over water. Or yogurt if they have that.

    I have 2 guilty snacks I love Doritos( nacho cheese and cool ranch) and Reese's cups 9 times out of 10 once I start snacking on them I devour them all in a single sitting

    I find it hard to resist Cheetos and some sort of sugary drink, or a diet soda to make it "healthier." Thanks so much for this video! It really helps if I'm going to a regular gas station and not a Kwik Trip, where they have lots of healthy options, like the Hillshire snacking you found, mixed fruit cups (no added sugary syrup), and veggie cups with ranch dip (which isn't always as healthy, but I can skip that).

    Gasstations here have become horrible. Soda, emergy drinks chips and candy. Pack food. Me and the NG always pack a bunch of nuts, sandwiches and everything we need for any roadrrip we do.
