That looks like the fuel island at that last marina just before you going to the gulf… It’s one of the large marinas in Galveston east of the main strip.
I lived at geez I think it was called Captain‘s Cove on clear Lake in between South Shore and Kemah I’ve never been so broke and I’ve never been so happy as those years. I think it’s the Galveston Harbor Marina.
