Just finished my shop apron. I am very pleased with the final product and found the pattern excellent and very easy to follow. This video was the perfect complement too. Thanks Tony!

I love this apron. The way the straps connect on the back is an awesome touch. The strap holders are the coolest things I've seen in a long time. Great job, as usual.

I'm just a beginner and in the process of completing my first apron. Its an awesome design. I haven't quite finished it but already have someone who's seen it asking me to make one for them. I'm doing one in black and using red stitching as a highlight. Thanks for this design Tony.

I'll tell you man, I'm really liking all of the pieces that you are making on video. You're a hell of a good designer! I am an absolute beginner at leathercraft, but all of my life I have wanted to learn. I now have the chance to learn along with many other crafts that I didnt have time to learn and master while being a career and family man. But first, 3 top hats and 3 aprons for my 3 new sides of my shop!

Fantastic job Tony. I'll grab this pattern as soon as I can source the suede to make a welding version.

I just completed this pattern and added extra pockets! It was very easy to make! The only things that were missing were that you need 8 DRings not 4 and the center piece insert is not included but easy enough to fix! I love HIS patterns because they all line up perfectly and are easy to follow! BEST PATTERNS I have made so far! Love them all!

Fantastic Apron Tony. Cool design. I bought your plans and have taped up the pattern. I’m going to use different colours for the circles and contrast with the thread. I’ll be cutting it today. Looking forward to making it.

Just bought the pattern. Son #3 is a machinist/welder and requested a leather apron. I will make some modifications to it so it can go on & off a little easier. I see on the front that the name plate w 4 rivets was not included in the printed pattern and the scissors holder was included but not shown in the video. Threw me for a loop there when I noticed the extra items on A1 page of pattern. i'm good now...This should take a few days for me to gather leathers - do the edge work - add my fish leather embellishments and stitch it up... Thank you Tony - another great leather project! Fiskur Joe

Joe Manthei , There is one other piece missing in printed pattern....the cover over the strap assembly at the back. I noticed it in the grouping of the instructions but couldn't find it. In the video when Tony assembles the loops & rivets he has already stitched it (or glued it)...

Tony got a new anvil and some new videos:-) I LIKE IT! I just bought it! I have to wear a darn apron every day, gonna have a new one now. Leather? 4 oz oil tan?? One day, not now, but one day, I'm gonna get the process for the patina :-)

OK folks, when you go to buy the pattern, nitteKore has even built the pattern that has 2 sizes that you can make it from. There is a Small-Med and a XL pattern as well. Wow! Once you buy the pattern, you will see three files. Download them all. That way, if you need to make a larger or smaller one, you have it. Now, I need to order more of the buckels as well.

Hi can you use 2/3 oz leather for a workshop apron for making shoes, handbags etc or does it need to be thicker like a 3/4 oz?

What’s the actual name of the metal rivets you use. I can’t find it online.
    Anyone please?

I’ve noticed on all your projects that your leather is very supple. What do you do to your leather to achieve this?

Why is there an extra pocket in the pattern you don't use in the video? Any where is the name tag you put on the front? I double and triple checked the pattern. I wasted some good leather on the extra parts...

Question: after having put all this effort and $$ into making this magnificent apron, will anyone dare to use it in their work room and risk stains or cuts into it?
