Looks good. Looking forward to seeing more work done thare. Crazy that cost $40k but that's the time we live in. I'll eventually build my own but I travel too much right now to justify the time and cost.

Thank you!! I know, things are so expensive right now. In the long run it’s much cheaper than renting. Yes, definitely only do it once you are settled

The spot is amazing, and honestly didn't cost as much as I thought it would. I might have to look into something like that as a solution for myself.

*_Difference between good photographer and great photographer is what comes out of camera._*
Near perfect images require very little work in darkroom. Composition, color, texture, scale, contrast, and more are things near impossible to add to image after the fact.
Good photographers take good photos and don't waste shots. They may take several dozen good photos and get a few really good ones.
Beginners might take hundreds of not so good photos, hoping a couple might actually be good.
A Professional Photographer might take just 1 photo and it is as perfect as it can be. Ansel Adams could capture a breathtaking Black and White Landscape in a single shot. It might take him hours just to set up for it. He understood the entire process required to capture a perfect image. His work is known around the world.
Professionals understand their camera equipment, studio equipment, darkroom equipment, and they understand people. They can make a hard shoot seem easy for the subject. Their studio is their workplace. They treat everything in their workplace with TLC.
*_Good investments in Photo Gear and Studio pay big dividends and last for a very long time._*
