Nothing. I've been here 4.5 years and had very little issues. It's all how you handle them that counts

Have you worked or heard anything on the Glass division account? If hired, considering that account because it seems interesting.

You grossly underestimated what dry van drivers make . I drive dry van locally and i made just over 51k and i am a local driver. Not sure where you got your numbers from but you need to recheck them..
I did not according to us stats that is the average. A simple Google search will confirm
