Another beautiful town. The castel with exhibition displayed outside is quite amazing. I like the pastel-colored houses, really add to the beauty of this town. Nice wide streets. I enjoyed video.
I presume those modern statues at the entrance to the castle represent enactments from the Renaissance epic "Orlando Furioso" by Ludovico Ariosto who was one of Ferrara's greatest people.I noticed the winged horse or hippogriff on which the hero flies around the world in search of adventures.

Sometimes I get so frustrated with Italy because there are too many places to see. Why just do the Trinity of Rome, Florence and Venice when you can see places like this without the hordes of tourists. La ringrazio.
