it's stunning how the media failed to point out the environmental issues relating to Jamaica's equivalent of Niagara Falls which have been simply paved over by the Chinese government this is absolutely appalling
Edward Seaga should be ashamed of himself for getting a highway name after him? He was against highway 2000. This North South Highway started with a loan from Venezuela and Bouygues was the contractor. Bouygues Construction ran into a geo problem quicksand and needed more money to complete the project, the government at the time didn't have the funding to complete the project, Portia Simpson Miller approached the Chinese government to complete the North South Highway 🛣️ Edward Seaga was against everything PJ Patterson do for Jamaica.
...ask what the Chinese are asking for in return for this highway?...and ALL other public infrastructure works they are involved with? They are no good Samaritans. They want all the prime lands along this highway!!! And it's their way or no highway!!!!
