I have played this piece off and on for many years. I too have small hands and have no difficulty because of that fact (my difficulties are with other trivial problems like tempo and pedalling). Maybe you're thinking of the rolled chords at the end; those are no problem because they use both hands.
She has the perfect feeling for this music, not to mention her amazing pianistic skills!
