    Tarrasch Defense: Symmetrical Variation (D32)
    Akiba Kiwelowicz Rubinstein (1 December 1880 - 14 March 1961) was a Polish chess grandmaster who is considered to have been one of the strongest players never to have become World Chess Champion.
    In his youth, he defeated top players such as José Raúl Capablanca and Carl Schlechter and was scheduled to play a match with Emanuel Lasker for the World Chess Championship in 1914, but it was cancelled due to the outbreak of World War I. He was unable to recreate the same form after the war, and his later life was plagued by mental illness.

      Jesus loves you that is why we went to the cross He is risen amen! we broke God's law and out just due is death. that is why we need Jesus, for Jesus paid the fine for our transgression on the cross taking away the sins of the world. by His blood our sins are forgiven. God's gift is eternal life in Christ Jesus, but if we reject God's gift and our sin remains then our just due is death. God loves us so much Jesus died on the cross to save us all. Jesus did not deserve to die but willingly went to the cross to save us from the punishment we deserve. . its as simple as this, we broke God's law and Jesus paid the fine on the cross. He died on the cross and by His blood our sins are forgiven. Jesus alone saves all people for He alone is God. Jesus rose again the third day death and has victory over sin and death forever Jesus is King of kings Lord of lords and Jesus alone gives life everlasting to all who call upon His Name in Truth. come to Jesus and put your faith in Him. Repent from your sin and pick up your cross daily and follow Jesus in Jesus Name we pray amen

I’ve watched other videos of yours, but admittedly I get lost during many. But this was very easy to follow, and you also made it easier for me to notice things I never would’ve otherwise with a couple rewinds. Thank you! I’m feeling inspiration to play some chess right now :)

  • @johndelacroix9909
    @johndelacroix9909 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    The gameplay during this era is so much more enjoyable for me compared to modern chess where everything is almost by the book. Players settle for draws very often, everything is played like an engine. This is particular for very strong tournaments and like the candidates.
    This gameplay, "romantic era gameplay" shows the art and science and the actual beauty of chess.
    Yes, Magnus Carlsennis very strong but he plays lke an engine.
    Romantic era chess games gets you motivated to play chess, it gets your adrenaline rushing, your heart pumping when you see games like this. You feel like you want to keep moving forward in terms of chess. Thats not exactly the case for todays chess games where you might sometimes feel kinda intimidated by almost everything that is like a textbook and engine.

    I love the romantic era of chess... I also admire the calculation and engine based preparation style of chess of novadays... we are waiting for our next Paul Morphy, or Cappablanca or Fisher... Carlsen is doing a quite nice job btw, but I would expect some other GM such as Ivanchuk to defeat memorization based engine preparations. That's because on memorization bvase you are competing with human brain, and that definitive advantage of human brain is creativity... P.S: I am not suggesting working with chess engines is a bad thing, I am merely suggesting that we didn't see the full effect of availability of engines to human chess play skills. Like one of you videos Agadmator, 'invisible to engines' video...

    I am assuming you are reading that from wikipedia which is sad considering that you are a good chess player yourself:( I would expect you have got a better knowledge of chess history... Rubinstein did beat everyone in his times and if not war would have become a world champion. After the war his game sufferer a bit but not to the point where he would start losing, especially that in 1931 we have won chess olympiad! There were talks about him playing for the championship again but the problem apparently was money!! I think the book i read about him said the reigning champion wanted 1000gbp for the shot at the title!! He was like Keres of his times, absolutely agree with that! BTW, would be nice seeing a video about guys like Tartakower or Najdorf!!:)

      For the queen, he probably thought that, when he sacrificed the other rook he probably said "Oh shit".

    At the end game, after black rook to d2, can white rook to e1 help fight?

    • @bitzibaerlie
      @bitzibaerlie 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Bxe4+ would win the game for Black. Qxe4 would be answered by Rxh2# and Qg2 would be followed with Bxg2#.
