SSF2 Mods: 2023's Highlights!

As we say goodbye to 2023 and head into the new year, we must first look back at some of the best mods released this year. I know I have yet to be active as of late. I've been on the grind for Sonic Smash Bros. 2 (and other stuff) , but I will try to upload once more new mods are released. That's one thing I'm looking forward to this year. Is the sonic the hedgehog revamp like the sonic that goes fleetway and fleetways special move is dark fleetway? And why wasn't here seelkadoom that has drives in apex form, that seelkadoom transforms into apex seelkadoom if he has 150 precent and picks up the smash ball

Why can't there be more mods for Beta? Version 0.9B gets too much credit for me. If you ask me, 0.9B is a little overrated; not that I dislike 0.9B.
