I completed that chalice a couple of days ago. It was a gigantic pain in the ass. I loved every second of it. Greatest game ever.
I know over a decade old and this game still holds up better than 99% of the games today!

actually, you dont need to walk to the hallway, you can stand between the two door frames and just do the glitch like that.
