Wave 1 - Intro to Freediving Course Description

Here is what to expect in one of our Introduction to Freediving Courses. This video gives insight as to how your class will be ran, the safety, relaxation, breath hold, and equalization techniques that will be taught, and much more! We teach Molchanovs Wave 1 and PADI Beginner Freediver, which is very similar to AIDA 2, FII Level 1, PFI Level 1, and SSI.
