Kudos and congrats to Alexey! but especially to the piano man going that deep with him while simultaneously playing so beautiful, that must be a record too?
Not only playing piano, but holding the camera along with. Very impressive
@@ercan2508😅
with zooming in and out at very precise position

hahahahahahahah😂😂😂😂😂😂
Koplak 🤣🤣🤣
What I find very daunting is that you simply cannot have doubts doing this. One flicker of panic and you're gone. I will stick to the mountains, thank you, but very impressive to see.
Even that pole like structure (downline) you are stringed to, helps provide some comfort and avoid any doubts in this sport.
He held his breath for a little over 4 and 1/2 minutes, 99% of people can't even do that without moving, covered a distance of 272m (that's over 5 lanes in a long course pool!) all the while enduring ridiculous amounts of pressure.
What a mindblowing performance!
human peak performance. I can't understand that a human body can do this man.
he's equalising, not magically resisting pressure
It really is mindblowing what he did there! Just the pressure alone of over 13 atmospheres is something not many will ever get to feel. I can't get over the fact how much self control this man has. The thought that it can all be over once he gasps for air, the pressure is too much for him to push out any water coming in. Really respect this man's performance!
@dimitrisskar4174 how do you equalize it
@@omglol9571 you should google, it gets really complicated after the basic blow ur pinched nose technique( valsalva)
if your mama becomes the ocean you just go deeper to her arms maybe. Big respect! Pushing the limits beyond and beyond.
It’s beautifully said!
Sure, always go deeper in your mom.
❤
❤
❤❤
The amount of self control is so impressive! I dove down to 6 meters last week in Sardinia, Italy, and I felt slightly panicked about the idea that air is so far away. I can't imagine being 136m down!! This man is in complete control of himself and is very much aware of that! Respect for this guy!!
Respect to you ,you no different from Alexey,
Just practice.
How can u hold your breath for that long
@@user-kiriakos don’t lie to this guy his lungs is the top 1 percent this is not a cake walk
@@antoinepowell649you are a quitter
Guys now imagine how deep ocean is. 11 km this is insane
That stroke he does on the ascent is exhausting in deep water. This man is AMAZING ❤
He had a good teacher - his mother.
@@dangoldstarstar ahh man, I was tryin not to mention his mother- that is so sad 🙁 She was also a legend for sure.
@@jaydingiesler5280 what happened to his mother?
@@bocahpetualang89 his mother was Natalia Molchanov, also a record-holding freediver but she sadly disappeared during a training dive as she never came back up (they also never found her)
I feel like that’s when black out happens..
When there’s no more energy to ascend
WOW! 4:37 @136m down then up!!! On ONE breath of air… I can’t even imagine where the mind travels to… for this is another dimension altogether!
I’ve heard that the decent is the most relaxed state any freedive knows.
They vigorously train their minds, just like their bodies.
My record is 4:24 static, I can't imagine doing this with compensations, the pressure and the fu...ing palming to get back to the surface... it's crazy.
That’s insane. He makes it look so easy. Congrats on yet another WR 👏
Very few humans are capable of doing such achievement. Respect to all that broke records including this one. A remarkable endurance and a will of steel of people in the free diving community.
That is magnificent and horrifying in equal measures. Much respect!!!
This man lives to inspire thousands.
Just Wow. So happy to be living in this incredible era watching greats like him inspiring & breaking records.
I remember when he did the 131m record it looked effortless as if though he could go another 10 meters. Alexey, you are one amazing man.
He actually dove deeper than his current record but not during competition where things get official
Such an elegant dive. Alexey is amazing
That is a very dense, concentrated form of meditation. Pure detachment.
We need people with this level of self control and calm in politics… not politicians!
What a idea my friend
That's why we need trump back.
Decent people dont want power
@@HansKlopek CORRECTION, decent people don't take other people's power, but if you don't take your power, someone else will take it from you.
Great, yeah. "So, with the economy headed towards recession, and ever-decreasing finite resources inexorably driving us towards a military confrontation with another great power, why should we vote for you?"
"Ummm, well, I can hold my breath for ages".
Great dive from a great diver . We hope that he keep on breaking his records
Thanks to Stephen Keenan who saved the world champion, and the dive rescue professional and saver
R I P Stephen Keenan
Didn’t know his name till I saw a few weeks ago a documentary about him. What a LEGEND he was 🙏
there is nothing better in life than, like this, calmly sliding into the depths. it's just happiness
It really is! Incredible sensations, everyone should try it
Beautiful music and such a peaceful dive. Amazing. It was a delight to Watch .
he’s such an inspiration! as a freediver myself, i’d love to be as zen as him reaching those depths!
One of the most beautiful things to watch. Artwork. Looks like he falls asleep after 75m. ❤❤
Beautiful , and the music matches perfectly
I couldn't even hold my breath from his dive
Going up is much more scarier to be honest and free divers do it effortless without making pause for decompresion. It's nerv breaking more at ascent then on the descent. He did it like it was a daily routine...which it is btw for those guys.😂
@@The_Touring_Jedi correct me if i am wrong but free divers dont do decompression because they dont breathe gases while underwater ?
its just unbelievable! hats off Alexey
I know nothing about freediving. But to exert that much energy while holding your breath that long is incredible. Can't imagine how much training goes into that...
Weird thing is, my longest breath hold on land, sitting, is 2:16, but my longest underwater hold is maybe 1:30, but I also did my record underwater while moving, covering 62.5 yards underwater. For some reason, my nervous system gets fussed by not moving while in water
Absolutely incredible!!! It's almost like swimming the height of the Washington Monument in D.C. which is just over 169 meters!!🫨 What must the pressure be like at that level!!?? Amazing video!!👏🏻
Magnifique plongée, une sortie d'eau parfaite, félicitations !!🎉🎉🎉
Absolutely incredible. Congratulations! So inspiring!!!
Bravo te qoft Alexey dhe Urime per ket rekord te ri 👏
I freedive to 30+ m and I totally understand the technicality and physical preparation of such a record. Incredibile. By The Way, anyone knows how they film these dives? ROVs? Or Gopros down a line?
Look for the DivEye, is an underwater drone
People from one such tribe, the Bajau in Indonesia (known as “Sea Nomads”), for over 1,000 years have spent most of their lives on water, relying on the sea for their food, and have evolved some astounding freediving abilities.30
I just spend a few weeks with some Moken people in Thailand/Myanmar, they are also called Sea Nomads...
A very intense experience and harmony with the depths, wonderful...💙
Alexey is an invincible athlete! I'm waiting to see 140 meters!
When you push the limits constantly the accidents occurs.
@@amadeupereira4049 20 years ago, no one could have imagined that it was possible to dive 100m.
I can watch Alexey’s dives again and again, so powerful..
My Inspiration ❤ will be taking the Molchanov courses soon 🎉
This is fascinating and makes me break out into a cold sweat ...
never see this in my life, that is amazing, cheers from Mex
This man is the GOAT
WOW!!! Jaw dropping scene 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Brilliant exploration and filming! Your video does an excellent job of showcasing the cave’s natural beauty and hidden wonders. It’s an inspiring piece of work for anyone interested in the underground world.
Congratulations Alexey!! 🎉
Holy moly!!! That was nothing short of amazing!!,!!!
This is not an area I’ve ever looked on TH-cam, so you can probably imagine my disbelief right now. Had literally no idea the human body could do this. 😮
In my opinion the most unbelievable fact is, that you just can go that deep by freediving but not with gas bottles 😂 people are awesome!
@@Katzyo549 You can go much deeper with "gas bottles".
@@Aphobius Depth records with gas are done in pressured chambers, though...
@@DR_1_1 🤡🤡🤡 Just google scuba record. It's 332m, in open water
What in the actual fudge? The idea of being 400ft below the surface of the ocean in a world class navy submarine makes me nervous. Being that exposed, that deep, is mind blowing. Few scuba divers obtain the skill and equipment to go down to even 130 meters, and this mofo did it with a wetsuit and a fin… jiminy christmas.
Sensacional 👏👏👏, que performance 💪💪💪
When i was around 11, i loved freediving and held a personal record of holding my breath for 3:30, i wish i had continued but this inspires me to get back out there almost 15 years later.
Grats on the wr! This is incredible.
Brutall! Bravo Alexey! Relly breathtaking
É sempre incrível ver os mergulhos do Alexey.
Impresionante Alexey, control absoluto , Felicitaciones !
OMG. How can he do this and make it look so beautiful?
The creatures of the sea have nothing on this incredible man!! Bravo from America!!

Totally insane!! 😮i am really blown away. Congratulations 😊
Lovely piano piece!
That was a good one...😂
This is absolutely out of this world. The average human being can only hold their breath for 30 to 90 seconds…Wowww Congratulations Sir you’re an amazing super human, amazing athlete 👍🏻❤️
Incredible and fantastic, keep up this very important work
Don’t know anything about diving, I have to say that was very impressive… 💪🏾
Amazing dive especially as he had a lot of drag on that suit across the shoulders. Makes a big difference on the ascent
¡ INCREIBLE ! 👋👋👋
Obrigado pela sua aulas
depth aside...4:37 with one breath is just insane
And it's not static, like holding your breath at your desk, swimming burns oxygen, too!
When I was younger and trained I could get as much as 2:45 under the water. But free diving and consuming oxygen and holding 4:37 is possible by very few people.
Big fan of free diving! OMG! Your mom could be so proud of you from heaven… ❤❤❤
Your an inspiration man... KuDos!!!
Congratulations on the new record! 🎉🎉🎉
It’s extreme pressure down there!
Wow!! You're simply amazing! ❤
One word INCREDIBLE
I'm impressed with your beautiful move.
Thats absolutely incredible!!
What just as amazing is how clear the piano sounds 136m down and under water 🙂
Absolutely amazing ❤❤
