i believe they loved each other madly but also at the same time hurt eachother deeply. what kind of love is holding one persons hand while your screwing around with another. i mean just in general. Everyone always said they were too young but when they ended things she was 25 and he was 23 they grew up together through the toughest times teenage years, I dont know about you but my teenage years were rough and they had to deal with their every move on camera, constant being harrased, constant questions about their relationship and just pain rudeness from everyone. i think she said it best that no one wanted to let go of this relationship and you wonder if your in it for everyone else or yourself. I actually wish they would get back together and try things as adults that have grown, i dont think it will happen, not because they dont love each other but because some of the things that happened or was wais will never really go away, no matter how much you want them to, if it was me i would never be able to forget being left at a time when i needed him the most and 2 months later marry someone else. even if he divorced his wife to be with her I could see the tabliods that is reason enough not to want to get back together. so sad.
